Hello everyone,

CFA Moon Festival Grand Gathering 2007 will be held on Sunday, September 23rd from 6pm to 8pm at Alumi Hall, HUB-Robeson Center. Now we are in hunt for all performances and two evening hosts.

For the Evening, diverse performances are encouraged, singing, dancing, chorus, crosstalk, Kung Fu, instrument playing, magic performance, etc. If you have special talent, or have interest to show anything you are good at (whatever, as long as it can be put on stage), please email me at shiyuning@gmail.com to register a.s.a.p., at least before 6:00pm, SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 9TH. Your registration email can copy the Template A at the end of this email, then fill in and reply.

And, for all performances that require accompaniment, please do find the accompaniment mp3/CD/DVD and hand it in before SEPTEMBER 16th. You can send it via email if it is an mp3 format file. Otherwise, we will contact you about the details.

We also seek ONE HOST and ONE HOSTESS. As long as you have passion to join in to help organizing and host the evening, you may email me at shiyuning@gmail.com to register. We expect you have hosting experience, and are ready to spend time and effort for the Evening preparation. The registration also begins today through 6:00pm, SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 9TH. Your registration email can copy the Template B at the end of this email, then fill in and reply.

NOTICE that both of the registration begins now through 6:00pm SEPTEMBER 9TH, and in your registration emails DO LEAVE ME EFFECTIVE WAYS OF CONTACT (like your effective email, cell phone number, etc).
