亲爱的Penn State的中国朋友们，大家好!

    新一届的中国学生会(PSU CFA)现已成立。我们将共同志愿服务于宾州州立大学的华人社区，积极拓展各种渠道和寻求多样方式，届时将组织举办各项活动为大家提供施展才华的平台。新一届的团队不仅将传承以往CFA的优良传统，并将以一个更具活力和感召力的新形象出现在大家面前。

        CFA自创办以来，其宗旨是服务全体中国留学生和学者，同时扩大中国文化在当地的影响力。作为一个活跃的学生组织，CFA多年以来一直积极参与和举办各类活动，在华人社区和学校当地都收到了热烈的反响，多次在学校的年度社团活动评比中获奖。

        CFA的成长离不开社会各界朋友的支持和帮助，在这里我们新一届全体成员对此表示由衷的感谢，同时我们希望各界朋友能对我们的工作给与一如既往的关心和支持。在CFA的召唤下，我们走到了一起。我们将同心协力、团结互助、共同努力，把Penn State的中国社区建设得更加美好，也使我们的学习和生活变得更加丰富多彩。我们热忱欢迎和期待更多的朋友们加入到我们的行列中来，把CFA的活动办得更加多姿多彩，将更优质的服务呈现给Penn State的中国同胞们。

As the Chinese New Year approaches, the Penn State CFA received a congratulatory letter from the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in New York.

We would like to share the letter and the greetings with our Penn State Chinese community.

Dear Friends,

Now is 2009 and we are welcoming an early Chinese New Year.

Do you still remember the lovely kids’ exciting performances in the 1st Penn State Chinese Cultural Festival?
Do you want to see the show of our Penn State HipPop dance club?
Do you want to win an Apple Shuffle (we prepared four) or even an Apple Nano (we prepared one)?
Most importantly, do you want to celebrate this special day with hundreds of other Chinese friends here in Penn State?
Let’s enjoy this happy moment together.

This year, the Penn State Chinese Friendship Association (CFA) will have our celebration in State College Area High School South Hall (The same place as we did last year).

The date is Sunday, January 25th, 2009.

We will serve the buffet at around 17:15 and continue having the food till 18:15. The performances will start at 18:30 and last about 2.5 hours.

The ticket is only TWO dollars each. You can get the tickets in XiangLong restaurant (Chopsticks) and the FarCorner Grocery Store starting from this Friday.
