PSU CFA拥有两个官方Mailing List: CFA Info Mailing List和CFA Discussion Mailing List。用户可择其一加入，也可全部加入。CFA Info Mailing List宗旨是为Penn State的华人提供生活信息共享平台，原则是用户单向发信，禁止跟贴讨论，回信须直接回复作者。CFA Discussion Mailing List宗旨是为Penn State的华人提供大众话题讨论平台，原则是倡导时事等话题的理性讨论，可跟帖回复，禁止妨害公众感情言论，禁止人身攻击。用户加入CFA Mailing List System时默认遵循以上原则。对于违反规定的用户，CFA保留警告，中止，删除该帐户的权力，并将依实际情况追究法律责任。
